The Maintenance Supervisor for Gilbert, PA facility is responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position supports production operations by coordinating maintenance schedules, managing work orders, maintaining GMP-compliant documentation, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supervising maintenance personnel and contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and oversee repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify reliability improvements.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and GMP documentation.
• Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
• Manage work orders from initiation through closure.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance purchasing.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Support production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Train employees on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
