Now Hiring: Civil Engineer & Civil Project Manager Long Island, NY | Land Development Site Design Firm Are you ready to shape the communities of tomorrow? Join a dynamic and growing land development site design firm on Long Island, where your expertise will directly impact residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects across the region. We are currently seeking both a Civil Engineer and a Civil Project Manager to join our collaborative team. Civil Engineer Responsibilities Prepare site design plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals Perform calculations and design analysis Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop high‑quality construction documents Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 2+ years of relevant experience in land development (preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong problem‑solving and communication skills EIT certification (preferred) Lead land development projects from concept through construction Manage client relationships and coordinate with municipalities Oversee design teams, schedules, and budgets Review engineering plans and ensure quality control Guide permitting and approval processes Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 6+ years of land development experience Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Strong leadership and project management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary and performance bonuses Growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, supportive environment Exposure to diverse and impactful projects across Long Island If you're passionate about land development and want to be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and professional growth, we want to hear from you.
