Quality Assurance Supervisor

Santa Fe Springs, CA | Full-Time | 1st Shift

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors

Oversee inspections for machined parts, assemblies, and production operations

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with quality standards, mechanical tolerances, and safety requirements

Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to improve quality and reduce defects

Review inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of Quality Assurance or Inspection experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges
• Hands-on knowledge of machining processes, mechanical systems, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
