Home Health Aide HHA Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

We are looking for the right CHHA or CNA for a full time position. Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. This position requires traveling to multiple locations to see multiple clients in one day. Personal care skills are required as well. This position is female employees only. Some locations you will need to travel to are Ashland, Bellingham, Blackstone, Framingham, Franklin, Holliston, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medway, Mendon, Milford, Millis, Millville, Northbridge, Sherborn, Upton, and Uxbridge. Job Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Assisting in the implementation of personalized patient care plans.
• Delivering compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Current Massachusetts CNA certification OR verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: A heartfelt desire to help others, paired with a positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
