Now Hiring: Electronic Test Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $27.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
⏰ Overtime & weekend availability required as needed

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Test Technician to join our production and field service team. If you have a strong background in electronic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Diagnose and repair analog and digital assemblies down to the component level.
Troubleshoot production rejects and field service returns.
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Perform assembly, disassembly, modifications, and rework using basic hand tools.
Follow Test Process Instructions (TPIs) and support the development of test procedures when needed.
Prepare technical reports documenting findings and recommended solutions.
Assist with the setup and selection of specialized test equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electronic Test Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Experience using basic hand tools for assembly and disassembly.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures and knowing when to escalate issues.
