Job Description
Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Nursing

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment
- EMR experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide personal nursing care to patients as directed by a licensed registered nurse (RN).
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, nutrition, hydration, and personal care.
- Takes vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure, and reports findings to the RN.
- Perform clerical duties, such as routing patient reports appropriately.
- Maintain organization within the unit, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide assessment data to the certified nurse within the scope of practice.

- Associate vaccinations required as a condition of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
