Department Certification Requirements MHU - CPI within 30 days of hire Oncology - Oncology certification required within 2 years of hire Quality – no required certifications Cardiopulmonary – ACLS required by end of orientation ICU and Med/Surg - ACLS required by end of orientation OB – NRP and ACLS required by the end of orientation Surgical Services - ACLS and PALS required by the end of orientation ED - ACLS, PALS, and CPI by the end of orientation Education Diploma in Nursing (Required) Certifications Basic Life Support - American Heart Association American Heart Association American Heart Association, Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts State of Massachusetts State of Massachusetts Compensation Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system.
