Dentalendo, a leading endodontic clinic in Houston, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support. We offer benefits.

Daily Responsibilities:

 

Patient Care and Preparation

• Greeting patients and reviewing medical histories.

• Taking digital X-rays and scans.
• Ensuring comfort by explaining steps and easing anxiety.

• Chairside Assisting during exams and treatments.
• Room Turnover and Sterilization , disinfecting operatories and sterilizing tools between every appointment.
• Managing safety by properly disposing of sharps and biohazard waste.
• Restocking supplies and checking equipment readiness.

Administrative Support

• Updating electronic health records and clinical charts.

• Scheduling follow-up visits and handling basic patient questions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with dental software.
• Previous experience in a dental office.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
