What You’ll Be Doing Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices Performing pre‑trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes Qualifications We're Looking For Dependable team members who take pride in their work Desire to build a long‑term career with us Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions Comfortable working with tools and reading measurements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass background check and drug screening (drug‑free workplace) Construction or general labor experience helpful but not required What You’ll Get in Return Starting pay is $20.25 an hour during your training period Full‑time, year‑round position Paid training from our experienced Insulation Installers Growth opportunities within the company Guaranteed Sundays off Paid holidays after 30 days of employment Paid time off after one year of employment Medical, dental, vision, and/or life insurance after 90 days of employment Bi‑weekly pay via direct deposit #J-18808-Ljbffr
