Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a crew to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and to high standards
Oversee daily operations including mowing, edging, pruning, and bed maintenance
Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and a collaborative team environment
Utilize tablets and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and daily documentation
Identify and communicate equipment needs to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and crew productivity
Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Managers to meet client expectations and project goals

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a landscape maintenance crew
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
Hands-on leadership style, willing to work alongside the team
Comfortable using tablets and digital tools for field operations
High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
Valid driver’s license that is insurable by our commercial auto policy

Compensation

Competitive pay based on leadership experience and technical skills. Additional bonus pay is available for bilingual Spanish/English skills.
