Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments according to established protocols. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during and after treatment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and potential side effects. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments provided. Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines. Participate in ongoing education and training related to oncology and infusion practices. Support the mission and values of the organization in all interactions.
