Per Diem Pediatrics (NP & PA) Opportunities in Florida We are seeking qualified Pediatric NPs and PAs for per diem opportunities throughout Florida: Southeast Florida, Jacksonville, Tampa/St. Petersburg area, Panhandle, and Central Florida. Lauderdale Palm Beach St. Lucie Tampa/St. Petersburg Panama City St. Augustine Gainesville Lakeland Orlando Jacksonville Experience 2+ years of experience working in general pediatrics is required. Shift Availability Weekday Shifts: 8am - Noon (All Locations), 1:30pm - 5pm or 1:30pm - 7pm (Most Locations) Weekend Shifts (Saturdays): 8am - Noon (Most Locations), 1pm - 8pm (Southeast Florida locations) Weekend Shifts (Sundays): 9am - 1pm (Tampa and Jacksonville only), Noon - 5pm (Southeast Florida Locations only) You are NOT required to work any particular sessions—you make your own schedule via our E-Scheduling App. Mainly Sick Visits See about 4 patients per hour. No 'Urgent Care' needs; only Clinic and Sick/After Hours. Competitive daily/hourly pay rates for sessions. Incentive bonuses for meeting minimum average sessions (bonus after working average of 12 sessions in 3 months). Travel reimbursement if meets the parameters. Training Orientation is 3 days virtual (can be reduced to 2 days). Paid training. Qualifications Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program. Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam. Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006 must be board certified. Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB. Licensure/Certification Current, unrestricted license in the state of Florida.
