Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we're looking for:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist (OH IS) license
- Demonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a similar role supporting students with disabilities
- Strong understanding of various disabilities and strategies for individualized instruction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple locations if necessary
- Flexibility, compassion, and commitment to student growth
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
- Monitoring progress and adjusting instruction as needed
- Delivering instruction and interventions in both individual and group settings
- Maintaining accurate records and upholding compliance with state and federal requirements
