The founder seeks a dedicated Director of Operations to help scale and manage this growing venture. Responsibilities Drive sales, organization, marketing, graphic design, social media postings, and decision making. Build standard operating procedures (SOPs), pipelines, and spreadsheets to support organizational efficiency. Coordinate events, partnership building, and community networking initiatives. Lead operational efforts to keep pace with rapid growth. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and background in running and scaling a business. Experience in networking, event planning, partnership building, and building a large local connections community. Leadership, work ethic, patience, and boldness.
