Healthcare Regulatory Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is partnering with a leading Am Law firm to identify a healthcare regulatory associate for its Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and collaborative healthcare team advising clients on complex regulatory matters impacting healthcare providers and organizations.Key responsibilities include:Advising clients on healthcare regulatory compliance, including federal and state laws governing healthcare providersConducting legal research and drafting memoranda, correspondence, and regulatory analysesAssisting with transactional and operational regulatory mattersInterface directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidanceCollaborating with attorneys across practice groups on interdisciplinary healthcare mattersQualifications include:3–4+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, preferably within a law firm settingStrong knowledge of laws and regulations affecting healthcare providersExcellent academic credentialsSuperior research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlinesRequirements include:Active membership in the Alabama BarMust reside in or relocate to the Birmingham, AL area prior to startAbility to work in-office at least three business days per weekThis role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced healthcare regulatory team within a firm known for its collaborative culture and national platform.
