About the Role
An established healthcare organization is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new business models, and support strategic planning initiatives.
In this role, you’ll research emerging industry trends, develop data-driven business cases, and assess potential investments, partnerships, and pilot programs. You’ll work closely with clinical, operations, and technology teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines commercial and strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify emerging healthcare trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Evaluate new business models, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations for investments, partnerships, and pilot programs.
- Assess the potential value, feasibility, and impact of proposed initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving clinical, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and implementation priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Support business development and strategic planning activities.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in business strategy, business development, strategic planning, or innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Understanding of business models, strategic investments, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong research, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into practical business recommendations.
- Interest in healthcare innovation and improving operational or patient outcomes.
