Join 66 Hardware Company, a family-owned group of Ace Hardware Co-ops with 5 stores in North Texas and 2 stores in Oklahoma. As a motivated Garden Lead, you'll guide our enthusiastic Garden Center staff, ensuring our garden is beautiful, well-stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Part Time and Seasonal Garden Associates to maintain a deliciously vibrant and tidy Garden Center.
• Communicate effectively with buyers to keep plant selections and pricing seasonal and competitive.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring, training, and scheduling to build a motivated team.
• Ensure daily watering, cleaning, raking, and weeding to keep the garden attractive and shoppable.
• Manage shipments of live goods, verify accuracy, and organize displays with your team.
• Provide enthusiastic and friendly customer service, assisting with plant selection and carrying purchases.

Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• Strong plant knowledge or gardening experience in North Texas is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat with appropriate safety measures.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings (no later than 8 p.m.) and holidays.
