Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within the clinic's scheduling model
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alabama or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with high-volume, productivity-driven clinic environments
• Experience with double-booking scheduling models
