3rd Shift Sanitation

Job Title

Shifts: 3rd shift Monday - Friday 10:00PM - 6:00AM

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations (GMPs)

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces

Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and high-touch surfaces regularly

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and power washers

Follow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines

Use color-coded cleaning tools and supplies to prevent cross-contamination

Assist in disassembling and reassembling equipment for deep cleaning

Collaborate with team members to complete daily sanitation assignments efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Adhere to all PPE requirements and safety standards

Requirements

Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred (especially in food production or manufacturing)

Ability to work in wet, cold, or fast-paced environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Additional Information

Willingness to participate in ongoing training related to sanitation, safety, and chemical handling

Ability to assist in training new team members on sanitation procedures when needed

Flexible to work overtime or different shifts as required
