Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. A company vehicle is provided, and candidates must be willing to join the union. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC issues and complete accurate repairs in the field. Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance, safety, and reliability. Read and interpret service tickets, equipment information, and technical documentation. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding job status and repair recommendations. Follow safety procedures, trade standards, and quality expectations on all job sites. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $76,960 to $81,120 per year. Company vehicle provided.
