Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required; must be comfortable treating primarily SNF patients with some acute care patients. Experience working within a full on-site therapy team and collaborating with an on-site Director. Demonstrated proficiency with common PT interventions and documentation standards for SNF/acute populations. Valid professional liability insurance if required by facility. Preferred: experience with mobility programs, fall prevention protocols, and skilled documentation for Medicare/Medicaid billing. Assignment Details Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist. Facility Type: Hospital serving SNF and some acute patients. Client note: PT/SNF-Acute primarily SNF, but some acute patients. Full team with on-site Director.
