Litigation Paralegal

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy insurance defense firm.
- The successful candidate will assist attorneys throughout the entire lifecycle of a case, from pre-suit through litigation, trial preparation, and trial.
- Experience using the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, CourtMAP, and PACER
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and case management software
- Reading and summarizing medical records and billing records
- Preparing subpoenas
- Organizing and preparing exhibits for hearings and trials
- Conducting witness interviews
- Preparing discovery motions
- Hybrid work schedule available
- Must be willing to commute to our downtown Fort Lauderdale office at least two days per week
- Billing Requirement:72 billable hours
- Pay range: $70,000 - $85,000, based on experience
