REGISTERED NURSE - MS/Tele/ PCU - Night Shift

Job Summary (List Format):




- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process in all assigned areas.
- Assess patients upon admission, including gathering past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, and reviewing lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
- Participate in planning and implementing a written care plan under the direction of a Physician.
- Work as an essential member of the patient care team.
- Apply appropriate interview techniques to obtain necessary patient information.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication regarding patient status and care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong MS/Tele nursing experience.
- Utilize excellent mathematical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Hold a valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License.
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
