description : Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. requirement : 40hrs per week, 8 hrs, 830-5pm; Inpatient. Must have 1 year experience. no RTO approved outside of one or two long weekend requests. 1 year Acute Care Experience needed. Weekend Rotation. Must have OT and BLS. Must have ICU experience.Education and Work Experience:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
