Reports to: Regional President
A growing operating company is seeking a hands-on business leader to oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and build a high-performing team. The organization is focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and long-term growth.
Position Overview
The General Manager will have full operational and financial responsibility for the business, leading daily operations, driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and developing a strong leadership team. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and strengthen overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business performance with full operational and financial accountability.
- Improve operational efficiency and financial results.
- Develop commercial strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a business or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven success improving operational and financial performance.
- Strong commercial leadership and people management skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a hands-on leadership style.
- Military leadership experience is valued but not required.
Compensation
Base: $150K-$160K + 50K Bonus
