We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and business-oriented Senior Analytics Consultant / Senior Business Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Insights & Analytics organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales compensation, thrives at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, and is motivated by shaping data-driven decisions at scale.

The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of designing analytical frameworks that guide business decisions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and strategic initiatives, ensuring analytical solutions are aligned with operational realities and long-term strategy.

Salary: The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $145,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
