Role OverviewThe Physical Security Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, workforce planning, project execution support, financial performance, technician utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the Physical Security Services organizationDevelop workforce plans and resource forecasts to maximize technician utilization and productivityCoordinate project staffing, scheduling, and manpower allocation across multiple projectsMonitor labor performance, project profitability, gross margins, and WIP reportingPartner with Project Managers and field leadership to support successful project executionDrive operational process improvements, SOP development, and best-practice standardizationCoach, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Project Leads, Coordinators, and TechniciansSupport customer escalations, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote OSHA compliance, workplace safety, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum 7 years of operations leadership experience within Physical Security, Low Voltage, Construction, Technology Integration, or similar environmentsMinimum 5 years managing field operations and technical personnelStrong understanding of:BudgetingForecastingLabor utilizationGross margin managementWIP reportingExperience interpreting construction drawings and project specificationsStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectNo clearance requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with physical security technologies including:Access ControlCCTV / Video SurveillanceIntrusion DetectionIntegrated Security PlatformsExperience with Verkada, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Wisenet Wave, Hirsch/Identiv, Avigilon, Milestone, or OcularisExperience with ERP, workforce management, project delivery, or ServiceNow platformsProven track record driving operational efficiency and process improvement initiativesExperience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Executive LeadershipWhy Join?This is an opportunity to influence a rapidly growing business unit, directly impact operational performance, and help deliver the physical security solutions organizations depend on every day.
