Description

• Conduct assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions targeting mobility, strength, stability, and functional outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, and case managers to enhance patient outcomes
• Inform and guide patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and exercises for home care
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and progress following facility protocols and regulations

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
