Director of Service Operations

Leading critical customer-facing operations, the remote Director of Service Operations will manage E-Rate compliance, support pricing strategy, and enhance sales operations processes while ensuring customer trust and operational accuracy. Key responsibilities Oversee SPS Category 1 E-Rate compliance and serve as the primary customer advocate for E-Rate matters Support pricing strategy and bid response activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements Lead Sales Operations initiatives to improve visibility, efficiency, and reporting accuracy across the SPS Division Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider organization Proven experience in administrative functions and project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in using financial reporting tools and MS Office applications
