Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you can connect easily with both patients and team members through digital platforms. The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, emphasizing a team-oriented approach to care. Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with patients navigating the complexities of co-occurring mental health issues and medical conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, or substance use disorders. This role is critical for delivering holistic, patient-centered care that recognizes and addresses the interplay between mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues as they relate to individuals with concurrent medical challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in integrated care settings and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
