Senior Food and Beverage Manager - Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at the award‑winning Las Vegas property. Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, six food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space—including a 3‑meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool café, and in‑room dining. In this role, you will oversee the operations of Hard Shake and Peacock Alley primarily and assist in other outlets as needed. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage one Beverage Manager, one Assistant F&B Manager, and around 40 hourly team members. Responsibilities Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing, and maximize profits. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, and outstanding customer service. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff. Qualifications 2–4 years of food & beverage management experience. Experience leading other managers. Must have experience running multi‑outlet operations. Preferred assets: experience managing a unionized team and background in luxury hotels, resorts or fine dining restaurants.
