We are seeking a Junior Talent Specialist to help develop and enhance our portfolio of industry-leading talent! In this role, you will: Source talent through LinkedIn, Bullhorn, and other platforms to support pipeline generation for Talent Specialists Assist Talent Specialists and Talent Manager with project-based work, including CRM system maintenance, candidate pipelining, and interview scheduling Collaborate closely with the Talent, Operations, and Human Resources teams to support the full candidate life cycle Qualifications: Recent college graduates with an interest in life sciences, sales, human resources, or recruiting ( December 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply! ) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Comfort and professionalism when conducting phone calls and candidate communication High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for finding the right talent to drive our company's success, and you thrive in a collaborative environment that bridges talent acquisition and business development, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
