This psychiatric health facility delivers outpatient primary care services to adult patients in mental health crisis and short-term stays within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains a full complement of on-site behavioral health and nursing staff to support daily clinical operations and care coordination. Clinical workflows are designed to address the primary care needs of the mental health patient population served.

Stockton, California offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, outdoor, and recreational activities suited to varied interests. The city features the Haggin Museum, the Bob Hope Theater, and Stockton Arena, along with outdoor destinations such as Lodi Lake Park and guided paddles along the Cosumnes River. Additional options include Sky Zone, the Stockton Skate Park, farmers markets, and specialty museums, providing diverse pursuits during time away from assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult mental health patients in crisis and short-term stays at a psychiatric health facility in Stockton, California, working Monday through Wednesday during 4-hour day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include patient evaluations and management of primary care conditions for a mental health patient population. Full behavioral health and nursing staff are available on-site to support clinical workflows and collaborative care delivery. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
