About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-performing, top-tier fast casual restaurant. This is an opportunity to join a respected brand known for exceptional food quality, outstanding guest service, and a people-first culture.

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistent execution of company standards and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
• Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and career development.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and employee development.

Financial Management

• Own the restaurant's Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive profitability.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and maximize operational efficiency.

Guest Experience

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with guests while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Ensure every guest receives consistent, high-quality service.

Community Engagement

• Support local store marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to increase brand awareness.
• Drive catering, promotional events, and other sales-building activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a top-tier fast casual or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven success managing full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership experience developing managers and building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
