In-House Employment Practices Counsel

Cintas Uniform Services

Cintas is seeking an Employment Practices Counsel to provide in-house legal services focusing on labor and employment practices. You will lead and consult with location management on development and execution of positive employment practices and corporate policies, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel. This role requires travel and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes training, policy interpretation, and collaboration with Labor Relations Counsel, with a focus on risk #J-18808-Ljbffr Cintas
