Nursing Unit Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at Laurelwood Nursing and Rehab Center. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Nursing Unit Manager : Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including assignment of duties, staff education, and performance evaluations
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans and programs to meet the needs of our patients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff efficiency
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and departmental statistics
