Financial Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Financial Analyst. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance-focused role supporting multiple functions from start to finish.
• Vendor management/onboarding
• Invoice processing in SAP
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Accruals
• Monthly budget requests
• Team meetings
• Other operational/accounting-related tasks
• Role is not limited to AP, invoice processing, vendor onboarding, or FP&A candidate should be comfortable working across multiple finance functions.
• Forecasting will primarily focus on P&L/expense forecasting, including monthly expenses and year-to-date expenses.
• Role has a combination of FP&A and finance operations.
• FP&A responsibilities include monthly budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
• Operations responsibilities include vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and other finance-related tasks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must-Have Skills: Finance background – MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree – MUST HAVE
• Advanced Excel – MUST HAVE
• SAP experience – MUST HAVE
• Strong financial analysis experience
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• AP/invoice processing knowledge
• Excel: Advanced / strong proficiency – must have
• SAP: Strong proficiency – must have
• Tableau: Basic to moderate; primarily used for data visualization
