- Collaborate effectively with team members to drive agency success
- Manage client accounts with attention to detail and prompt follow-up
- Maintain a high level of activity and hustle to maximize client satisfaction and sales growth
- Highly competitive and ambitious mindset with a passion for success
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Self-driven hustler who stays active and energetic both inside and outside of work
- Proven ability or strong desire to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but your attitude and determination are key!
