Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify each client's needs and create effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that therapy methods are suited to the unique situations each client presents.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in practice, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting approaches based on ongoing feedback and progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring legal documentation of all counseling cases.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and staying updated with the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current, active, and unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.
