Responsibilities Serve guests, make recommendations, anticipate the needs of the guest. Work hard but have a great time doing it. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years old. Effective communication with others. Commitment to making an impact. Physical ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Can safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from dining room, service bar and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout shift. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift. Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift. Compensation Applebee's® Server's start at minimum wage up to $16.28 / hour (plus tips).
