Required Skills:

• Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies with decisiveness and composure
• Advanced critical thinking and time management skills
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and basic computer skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior ICU or critical care experience
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or Instructor certifications will enhance your candidacy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting, ICU experience strongly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Certifications: All must be current upon hire unless otherwise specified, including BLS and ACLS; Instructor certifications a plus
• Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with availability starting after 4/25/26
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and safety
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and adapt to challenging situations
