Job Description
Escrow Officer
- Education requirement: High School Diploma.
- Perform Officer's duties for all assigned files, including funding and closing of all escrow transactions.
- Utilize RBJ software effectively for escrow operations.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Escrow Officer.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mobile home, commercial real estate sales, probate, and bulk transfer transactions, which is considered a plus.
- Ensure bondability and pass a background check by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation.
- Education requirement: High School Diploma.
- 2+ years of recent escrow officer experience
- Proficient with RJB Software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office systems
