Job Title - Senior Salesforce BA

Location - Remote within the U.S.

Role Type - Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract with intended conversion)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong background configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM
• Proven Business Analyst experience with excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to develop current-state and future-state process maps
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business problems before proposing solutions
• Genuine curiosity about business needs, with the ability to dig into why changes are being requested rather than simply documenting requirements

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives
• Configure and support Salesforce CRM based on identified business needs
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps to identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze business challenges and underlying needs before recommending potential solutions
• Engage stakeholders through thoughtful questioning to understand the purpose and desired outcomes behind requested changes
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives
• Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and business process improvements
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate requirements and recommend effective solutions
• Position begins as a 6-month contract with the intention of converting to full-time employment
• Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without requiring visa sponsorship
