In addition to responding to calls, the position is also required to provide assistance to the paramedicpartner on these calls.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Drive emergency vehicle. This duty is performed daily, about 50% of the time.2. Assist in patient care. This duty is performed daily, about 30% of the time.3. Restock medical equipment. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.4. Clean and prepare medical equipment. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.5. Clean and prepare emergency vehicle. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.6. Clean facilities. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.7. Emergency scene management. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.8. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. dataprocessing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 0 to 6 months related experience ortraining.
