We are seeking a Document Control Coordinator to support our client's team. Location: San Clemente, CA. The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 3 months. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Job Summary:Administer the approved Document Control database system and support personnel with document control needsGenerate reports for Management Review, trending, and audit-related quality system gapsMaintain document control and training modules within the approved systemAdminister the Training database; monitor training status and coordinate group training as neededSupport Design History File (DHF) compilation and maintenance with project managersAssist Production and Product Development teams as neededRequirements:0–2 years of related experienceExcellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyMedical device experience with working knowledge of QSRMedical device complaint experience preferredClean room and/or in-process assembly/manufacturing verification inspection experience a plusStrong team player with good written and oral communication skillsComfortable in a small, entrepreneurial environment; organized and able to coordinate across internal departments and outside vendorsBachelor's degree, preferably in a science fieldEqual Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
