The GMOS contract aims to provide world-class IT support by modernizing and maintaining applications and infrastructure using an integrated IT Service Management approach. Responsibilities:Leads IT project management services supporting DT/EA/CST Portfolio and Product Teams across enterpriseEstablishes structured processes engaging with Product Teams throughout entire product life cycle ensuring early and continuous Service Operations involvementProvides comprehensive operational guidance advising Product Teams on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support requirementsDevelops comprehensive deployment readiness checklists providing oversight to confirm completion prior to deploymentEstablishes communication protocols keeping Service Operations informed of all planned deployments and changesConducts comprehensive pre-deployment reviews validating readiness ensuring resolution of issues identifiedLeads post-deployment support ensuring smooth transition to production with proactive monitoringPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise othersQualifications:Required –BA/BS + 8 years’ experience; equivalencies consideredActive Secret clearanceExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologiesDesired –Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of StatePMP certificationITILv4 or ITILv5 certifications-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
