Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and cash applications Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Prepare aging reports and support month-end close activities Maintain accurate AR records and documentation Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by accounting leadership

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
