Our Servers/Wait Staff team are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. Our Servers/Wait Staff:
- Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents!
- Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked
- Help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
- Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions
- Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!
- Must be at least 16 years of age, in some locations 18.
- Be familiar with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and to answer the residents' questions
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have a current food handlers permit.
