Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment. Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality. Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives. Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.
