Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Reservations Management: Oversee reservations and monitor table turn times to optimize guest flow.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Table Management: Set and clear tables efficiently to enhance the dining experience.
- Operational Duties: Assist with restaurant opening and closing responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
